Submitting Your Cases:

Getting started is simple. Download our Rx form directly from this page or request printed copies with your Welcome Kit. Fill out your prescription with case details, material preferences, and shade information, then ship your impressions or submit your digital scans — we'll take it from there. Every Rx is reviewed by a technician before fabrication begins, so if we have questions about your case, we'll reach out before we start — not after.

Shipping & Pickup:

  • Local accounts enjoy complimentary pickup and delivery — we come to you

  • Out-of-area accounts receive free shipping on all cases of 2 or more units

  • Prepaid shipping labels and packaging materials are included with every Welcome Kit

Custom Shade Matching:

Difficult shades don't have to be guesswork. For cases where precision shade matching is critical, one of our experienced technicians can visit your office to take a custom shade in person. Alternatively, patients are welcome to visit our Roanoke facility for a shade appointment directly with our ceramics team. We also work from digital shade photos with detailed lighting and angle guidance to help nail the match remotely.

Case Planning & Consultation:

Not sure which material is right for a case? Need guidance on implant component selection or prosthetic design? Our skilled technicians are always available to discuss case planning by phone or email — no automated systems, no ticket queues, just direct access to the people actually building your restorations. We'd rather spend ten minutes talking through a case upfront than send back a result that doesn't meet your expectations.

Rush Cases:

We understand that not every patient gives you the luxury of time. When your schedule is tight, let us know — we offer rush turnaround options to accommodate urgent cases without sacrificing quality. Just flag it on your Rx or give us a call, and we'll work with you to meet your deadline.

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
